Tap "Start". 2. On a phone, tap "Open authenticator app" — it adds Pathein City for you. If nothing opens, tap "Copy key", then in the app choose "Enter a setup key" → Account: Pathein City → paste the key → Time-based. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone. 3. Type the 6-digit code shown in the app — it confirms by itself at the 6th digit. 4. Save the 8 recovery codes ("Copy all" or "Download"). Direct chats show "Seen". • Unsent drafts are kept per chat. A search box appears once you have more than 5 chats. • Notifications: tap "OK, turn on" in the prompt, or 🔔. They show the sender's name only, never the text. • Sign out: the ⇥ button in the header. ==================================================================== MESSAGE 6 — Problems / ပြဿနာ ဖြေရှင်းနည်း ==================================================================== • SMS မရောက်ပါ — ဖုန်းနံပါတ် မှန်ကန်ကြောင်း စစ်ပါ၊ ၆၀ စက္ကန့်စောင့်ပြီး ထပ်ပို့ပါ။ ၁၅ မိနစ်လျှင် ၃ ကြိမ်သာ ပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။ • "ကြိုးစားမှု များလွန်းပါသည်" — ၁၅ မိနစ် စောင့်ပြီး ပြန်ကြိုးစားပါ။ • Authenticator ကုဒ် မမှန်ပါ — app ထဲက နောက်ဆုံးကုဒ်ကို ထည့်ပါ၊ ဖုန်းအချိန်ကို "အလိုအလျောက်" ထားပါ။ • ဖုန်းပျောက်ပါက — Recovery code တစ်ခုဖြင့် ဝင်ပါ (သို့) စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။ • "Offline" ဟုပြလျှင် — အင်တာနက် ပြန်ရလာသည်နှင့် အလိုအလျောက် ပြန်ချိတ်ပြီး မက်ဆေ့ချ်များ ပြန်ယူပါမည်။ • No SMS: check the number, wait 60 seconds, resend (3 per 15 minutes). • "Too many attempts": wait 15 minutes and try again. • Wrong authenticator code: use the newest code; set your phone's time to automatic. • Lost phone: sign in with a recovery code, or contact the administrator. • "Offline": chat reconnects and catches up by itself when the connection returns.
